Since this site will hopefully become a community effort, I’d like to open up the design process to anyone who might be interested. If you have any ideas for content that you think should be included on this site, please let me know.
Also, I’d like to see Presbymergent have a unique design as well. Presbymergent.org is powered by WordPress 2.1, so we need a Valid XHTML/CSS WordPress theme to be designed for our site. It must incorporate the PCUSA logo/seal (though you don’t have to keep it the same colors) and also should portray some organic, creative elements. I’m willing to help with whatever’s needed. I’ve mostly hacked and modified wordpress themes–no coding from scratch, and I do a little with graphic design. At some point, if you want to add a wiki to this site, I can help with that, too.
Neal – thanks for being willing to help. Yah, I’ve only just designed my first WordPress theme from scratch (here)…not sure what the design should necessarily look like here, but would just be nice to have something with a little more splash of color and some graphics. A wiki might be interesting…
